Alright.. This project A due is this week, and I haven't really started yet... I have been collecting photos which I really like on Samantha Everton's site. And I couldnt figure out if they are all copyrighted or not.. so I sent her e-mail and she's gonna give me permition if I explain to her clearly.. so Im about to send her a copy of the assignment details to show that this assignment isn't for commercial purpose and Im happy to put it down if she doesnt like it. But that has to be done after I get marks back though.. :P
Yes.. Im still trying to sort out how Im going to present these fascinating photographs......... like what colours of background and writtings should be?.. and how am I going to give adequate information to people who want to learn about her works and history and so on... anyway.. I will be fine.. :) I will be fine.. !

This week I have started working on my assignment (creating an online exhibition)...I wasn't sure what photography to use but then.. I just remembered that when I just started studying Visual Art back in high school, I was so much in to Surrealism.. They are so fascinating and juxtaposition of elements make the audience wonder what's going on in artworks. Different audience interpret it differently, and it's quite interesting to just discuss about it. This surrealists includes: Rene Magritte, Salvador Dali and so on.

So an art student(used to be :P) I've decided to make an exhibition of surrealistic photographs, and giving informations on surrealism.
One of my post modernist, Samantha Everton, who's inspired by surrealism, her photographs are so interesting/fascinating, also kind of scary/freacky...
Looking at her photographs just amazes me a lot and I just LOVE that feeling.. :P
Anyway Im updating one of her artworks... and one of my favs.. :D

This artwork is from post-modernist Barbara Kruger.. I love her artworks.. the words are so powerful... I studied her when I was in high school, studying VIsual Art.. then I forgot everything about her.. all I know is like... she's a "post-modernist", "American"... :P
